该研究旨在比较在实际临床环境中,湿润和干燥条件下对手术器械进行运输的效果。研究在丹麦奥胡斯大学医院进行,选择了54套基本手术器械,分别在干燥条件下的腹部手术 department和湿润条件下的骨科脊柱手术department进行运输。研究的主要指标是蛋白质残留物(清洁度)和腐蚀(表面变化)。结果显示,湿润环境下的蛋白质残留物平均值为26.9 [μg/探针],干燥环境下的蛋白质残留物平均值为27.7 [μg/探针]。在湿润环境中,腐蚀评分平均为1.3分,而在干燥环境中为0.8分。此外,湿润环境下的器械腐蚀程度比干燥环境下的严重。研究还发现,存储环境和器械清洁度之间没有明显的相关性,而湿润环境会加速器械的腐蚀。总的来说,湿润环境对手术器械的腐蚀作用更为明显,需要引起注意。
