3、s1.SummaryThis technical assistance project aims to develop a recommendation paper that,in its initial stage,identifies and characterizes the SMEs participating in the value chain of the electromobility sector in APEC economies.It also seeks to identify and characterize those with the potential to b

4、e integrated into global value chains,according to the requirements of international markets.Subsequently,the project will identify their gaps and design a plan to address them through economic and non-economic incentives.This will enable the development of the sector based on its competitive advant
