3、s Limited(the“Company”)dated 24 June 2022 in respect of the announcement of Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2022 of the Company.Terms defined in the Announcement shall have the same meanings when used in this announcement unless otherwise statedThe Board would like to clarify that on page

4、 19 of the Announcement the Groups total number of employees as at 31 March 2022 should be corrected as 937,(excluding five directors)and comprising of 733 full-time employees and 204 part-time employees instead of 912 employees(excluding five directors)with 699 full-time employees and 213 part-time

5、.The increased number of employees as compared to previous financial year was mainly required for the Groups steady expansion.As a result,the staff costs for the Financial Year under Review also increased.It has been brought to the Boards attention that the above misstatement was due to inadvertent
