2、ased sales of our Monster Energy drinks,both internationally and in the United States.In 2013,our Monster Energy Ultra line,which is arguably one of our most successful product line extensions,continued to make good progress.Gross sales of this line increased to more than$250 million in 2013.Monster
3、 Energy Zero Ultra,our first product in the Ultra line,is packaged in a white can with a special unique textured ink finish.This product quickly proved to be very successful and as a result we launched two additional Ultra products in 2013,Ultra Blue in March and Ultra Red in September.During 2013,w
4、e continued to expand the distribution of our Monster Energy drinks into new international markets.In 2013,gross sales outside of the United States increased to$580.6 million from$513.9 million in the prior year.Our Monster Energy drinks are now sold in approximately 114 countries and territories on
5、 six continents.We are continuing with our plans to expand the sale of Monster Energy drinks into additional countries and are also continuing to focus on introducing lower calorie drinks to meet increased demand from consumers for such products.During 2013,our DSD Division introduced a number of ne
