4、initiatives that best supported our associates,our customers and our communities as the pandemic and its ripple effects continued.We“drove progress”through an exhaustive review of our strategic initiatives to ensure our resources both people and capital are spent on the things that drive value.This

5、resulted in retaining some familiar pillars a belief in sustainable growth from Residential High Speed Data and Business Services;our ongoing focus on continuous improvement;and a commitment to associate satisfaction as well as the creation of some new pillars which capitalize on emerging trends and
