4、(HSH)including the groups hotels division,commercial properties division,and clubs and services division1.The reporting period covered by this report is 1 January to 31 December,2023.Reporting Standards and AssuranceThis report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions as set out in Enviro

5、nmental,Social and Governance Reporting Guide(ESG Guide)2 in Appendix C2 of the Listing Rules.As international best practice to have more in depth discussion on industry-specific and other sustainability topics,this report also references the Global Reporting Initiative(GRI)Sustainability Reporting

6、Standards,the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures(TCFD)recommendations and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board(SASB)Standards,and the International Sustainability Standards Board(ISSB)s IFRS S2 Climate-related Disclosures,which is used to inform the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
