4、ubsidiaries(the(“Group”)is a leading commercial property operational service provider in the Greater Bay Area with a national presence.As of 31 December 2023,the Group entered into contracts to provide services for 55 commercial property projects(including 8 consultancy services projects)located in

5、21 cities in the Peoples Republic of China(“China”or“PRC”),with an aggregate contracted gross floor area(“GFA”)of approximately 2.8 million square meters(“sq.m.”)(excluding the area under 8 consultancy services projects),48.9%of which was developed or owned by independent third parties.Among them,27
