1、CGE 模型在中国的应应用 Application of CGE Models in China中国能源模型论坛论坛 China Energy Modeling Forum 2023 年 10 月 October 20231 前言前言 上个世纪 90 年代初以来，可计算一般均衡（CGE）模型在中国逐渐得到应用和推广，越来越多的研究机构和研究人员开始学习、开发和应用 CGE 模型。为了解国内 CGE 模型领域的研究情况，我们曾于 2017 年对国内从事 CGE 模型研究的主要团队进行过一次调查，各团队均表示受益良多。随着国家研究需求的变化以及 CGE 模型研究团队的持续发展，相关研究领域也日益深

2、化和拓展。因此，我们于 9 月上旬对国内CGE 模型团队发起新一轮问卷调查，截至 10 月中旬共收到 28 个团队的反馈。我们将问卷收集整理、编撰成文，本报告主要包括三个部分：各团队 CGE 模型开发与应用情况汇总表、基于 CGE 模型的研究成果统计和各团队 CGE 模型问卷。其中，各团队 CGE 模型先后按负责人姓氏笔画排序，内容均以各研究团队自行填写材料为准，文责自负。各研究团队在此过程中给予了我们大力支持，积极响应并认真填写问卷，在此向各位同仁表示诚挚的感谢。同时，也要感谢中国能源模型论坛提供的支持以及在问卷设计、收集和整理的过程中付出努力的赵贝、孙嘉泽、孙源辰等课题组成员。最后，希望各

4、CGE models.In order to understand the research landscape in the field of CGE models in China,we conducted a survey in 2017 of the major teams engaged in CGE model research domestically.In return,all teams expressed significant benefits from this initiative.Furthermore,with the changing demands of na

5、tional research and the continuous development of CGE model research teams,related research areas have been deepening and expanding.Therefore,in early September,we launched a new round of questionnaire surveys among domestic CGE model teams,and by mid-October we had received feedback from a total of

6、 28 teams.We have compiled and organized the collected questionnaires into this report,which mainly includes three parts:a summary table of CGE model development and application for each team,statistics on research outcomes based on CGE models,and questionnaires from each CGE model team.The list of
