3、)of JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd(the“Company”)announces the consolidated annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries(the“Group”or“we”)for the year ended December 31,2025(the“Reporting Period”or“this period”),together with the comparative figures for the year ended December 31,2024(the“Correspo

4、nding Period”)as set out below.This annual results announcement has been prepared in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“Listing Rules”)in relation to announcements of results,as well as
