2、ugust 2025 In light of the complex geopolitical environment,some delegations expressed their views on the situations in Ukraine and in Gaza,including recent developments.Other members acknowledged that APEC is not a forum to resolve geopolitical and security issues.The Chair restated the need to uphold APEC as an effective cooperation platform,based on consensus as its most important tool.
