3、andnon-public strategic plans.In some cases,the law may consider a violation to have occurred if the conduct affects amarket or a country,even when the offending behavior takes place outside that countrys borders.However,it is recognized that cooperation among competitors is not always harmful,and c

4、ertain collaborativeactivities can even be considered pro-competitivesuch as those conducted by industry associations that serve theinterests of their members while avoiding anti-competitive behavior among them.Alacero is a pro-competitive industry association.As such,its members can be confident th

5、at theirparticipation in Alacero does not violate Antitrust laws,since the Association does not engage inactivities that could be deemed improper.Alaceros activities must not be used as an opportunity to engage in improper conduct between two or more of itsmembers,whether during Alacero meetings or
