6、ements under Listing Rules Appendix C2 Environmental,Social and Governance Reporting Code(“ESG Reporting Code”)of HKEX which is effective from 1 January 2025.SUGA prepares this report in compliance with the“Comply or Explain”provision of the ESG Reporting Code.This report has been reviewed and recom
