3、 31 March 2024 amounted to approximately HK$24.2 million,as compared to approximately HK$62.5 million for the year ended 31 March 2023.The change in net loss for the year ended 31 March 2024 was mainly because there is no written-off/impairment loss on intangible assets,and impairment loss on accoun

4、ts and other receivables,net of reversal decreased approximately by HK$15.4 million.Loss per share for the year ended 31 March 2024 amounted to approximately HK$18.88,as compared to loss per share amounted to approximately HK$48.77 for the year ended 31 March 2023.The Groups net liabilities for the
