2、der new contracts with U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Prisons respectively,and the 1,748-bed North Lake Correctional Facility in Michigan,which currently houses offenders?rom the?ermont?epartment of Corrections.Additionally,we completed expansion proj-ects of 640 b
3、eds at the Adelanto Detention Facility in California and 626 beds at the Karnes County Residential Center in Texas,both in partnership with U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement,and in Decem-ber 2015,we assumed management of the 3,400-bed Arizona State Prison-Kingman under a managed-only agreement
4、 with the Arizona Department of Corrections.Also during the last year,we completed the successful integration of approximately 6,500 owned beds at eight correctional and detention facilities acquired from LCS Corrections in February 2015 for ap-proximately$307 million,or approximately$47,000 per bed
