4、s for washing clothes,dishes,carpets,fl oors,walls,as well as shampoos,body washes and toothpastes.Other applications include fabric soft eners,lubricating ingredients,emulsifi ers for spreading agricultural products,and industrial applications such as latex systems,plastics and composites.Total sur
5、factant sales represent 67 percent of Stepan s 2014 sales or$1,296,638,000 versus$1,317,164,000 in 2013.Th e decrease in sales was due to an 8 percent decline in sales volume,partially off set by higher average selling prices.Domestic surfactant operations,representing 57 percent of surfactants,reco
