3、s;the PowerFlowproduct line consists of approximately 7,000 different types of fluid transfercomponents and accessories for hydraulic and pneumatic power;the EquipRiteproduct line consists of approximately 2,000 different types of material handling and storage products;and theCleanChoiceproduct line

4、 consists ofapproximately 2,000 different types ofindustrial,janitorial and paper products.The SharpCut,PowerFlow,EquipRiteand CleanChoiceproduct lines wereintroduced in 1996.As of December 31,1996,the Company also operated eight distribution centers located in Minnesota,Indiana,Ohio,Pennsylvania,Te

5、xas,Georgia,Washington and California,and a packaging facility inTennessee.Approximately 95.9%of the Companys 1996 sales were attributable to products manufactured by others,and approximately 4.1%related to custom-threaded fasteners manufactured or modified by theCompany.Since December 31,1996,the C
