4、erall financial performance in fiscal 2023.Revenue grew 11%to$168.4 million and Constant Currency Revenue1,which removes the impact of foreign exchange rate changes,increased 14%to$172.6 million.Annual Recurring Revenue2 the leading indicator of future sales growth increased 9%to$168.0 million as at

5、 January 31,2023.We also made steady progress on gross margin improvements and reported a full-year Adjusted EBITDA1 result that was considerably better than our original guidance,reflecting our quick transition to a balanced growth model.D2L finished the year in a healthy financial position,with no
