4、PORATE PROFILE企業資料Chu Kong Petroleum and Natural Gas Steel Pipe Holdings Limited(the“Company”,together with its subsidiaries hereinafter referred to as the“Group”)is the largest manufacturer and exporter of longitudinal welded steel pipes and is engaged in property development and investment in the

5、Peoples Republic of China(the“PRC”).The Company has been listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“Stock Exchange”)(Stock Code:1938)since February 2010.The Groups steel pipes are mainly used for energy transmission including oil and gas transmission pipelines,deep sea p

6、ipelines,city gas networks,and petrochemicals,mining,infrastructure construction,offshore engineering,steel structures and water utilities industries.The Groups production bases and offices are located in Panyu,Zhuhai,Lianyungang,Nanjing,Hong Kong,Yunfu and Indonesia,with five production lines for l
