3、the Environmental,Social and Governance Reporting Guide(the“Guide”)as set out in Appendix C2 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”or“HKEx”).It has been prepared with reference and in response to the MSCI ESG ratings

4、and the issues of concern to the CDP.The content of this report has been developed in accordance with a systematic process,which includes identifying and ranking key stakeholders,identifying and ranking key ESG-related issues,determining the ESG reporting scope and boundaries,collecting relevant mat

5、erials and data,compiling the report based on the information and reviewing the information contained in the report.概覽本報告是中國旺旺控股有限公司（以下簡稱本公司或中國旺旺）發佈的環境、社會及管治(Environmental,Social and Governance，以下簡稱ESG)報告，秉承重要性、量化、平衡及一致性的原則，重點披露本公司及其附屬公司（簡稱旺旺、集團、旺旺集團、我們）於中國大陸境內在ESG方面表現的相關資訊。本報告涵蓋之財政年度（簡稱財年）為2023年4月1

6、日至2024年3月31日（以下簡稱報告期、2023財年）的工作。編制依據本報告編制遵循香港聯合交易所有限公司（以下簡稱香港聯交所）上市規則附錄C2所載的環境、社會及管治報告指引（以下簡稱指引）進行編制，亦參考與回應了MSCI（明晟指數）ESG評級及CDP全球環境信息研究中心所關注的議題。本報告內容是按照一套有系統的程序而釐定的。有關程序包括：識別和排列重要的利益相關方、識別和排列ESG相關重要議題、決定ESG報告的界限、收集相關材料和數據、根據資料編制報告以及對報告中的資料進行檢視等。About this Report關於本報告ESG Report3報告範圍及邊界本集團報告期內超過90%的收益
