3、the Bank and its domestic and overseas branches,as well as five subsidiaries including CITIC International Financial Holdings Limited,CNBC(Hong Kong)Investment Limited,CITIC Financial Leasing Co.,Ltd.,CITIC Wealth Management Corporation Limited and Zhejiang Linan CITIC Rural Bank.Unless otherwise sp

4、ecified,they are collectively referred to as“the Bank”or“we”.Preparation Basis The basis for preparation of the Report includes Guidelines on Preparation of Report on Companys Fulfillment of Social Responsibilities and relevant notifications released by the Shanghai Stock Exchange(“SSE”hereinafter),
