5、risdiction has unique requirements,there is no one-size-fits-all solution.The BIS Innovation Hub(BISIH)previously published a handbook for offline payments with CBDC which provides a comprehensive overview of offline payments with CBDC.1 The present guide is for central banks that have used the offl
