3、a,including:The prompts tracked within each category are static in order to provide a steady measure of how specific domains are showing up in citations on each platform and feature.AI use cases are continually growing and evolving over time.The collection of tracked prompts is best described as hav
4、ing mid-to-lower funnel commercial intent.AI platforms and features are often used for a wide variety of prompts that might be relevant to brands but lean toward higher-level information gathering,which this report does not focus on.Prompts are often unique to each user,so while those tracked for th
5、e study are representative of the prompts that brands would be interested in for these categories,its not possible to account for the endless iterations that might exist and the differences in citations between them.Unless otherwise noted,cross-platform citation shares are calculated using an averag
6、e of the platforms studied,ignoring the relative popularity of specific platforms and features.This removes the impact of certain AI products generating more citations per prompt and thereby skewing aggregate shares,but it does mean that lesser-used platforms have a larger impact on the figures show
