3、Simcere Pharmaceutical Group Limited(the“Company”)is pleased to announce the consolidated financial results of the Company together with its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”)for the year ended December 31,2025(the“Reporting Period”),together with the comparative figures for 2024.The consolidated

4、 financial statements for the Reporting Period have been reviewed by the audit committee of the Company(the“Audit Committee”)and audited by KPMG,the Companys auditor.2 FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTSFor the year ended December 31,2025:Revenue of the Group was RMB7,731 million,representing an increase of 16.5%a

5、s compared to RMB6,635 million for 2024.Revenue from the innovative pharmaceutical business1 was RMB6,304 million,accounting for 81.5%of the total revenue and representing an increase of 27.9%as compared to RMB4,928 million for 2024.Revenue of the Group was mainly derived from the therapeutic areas
