根据《ITU 2025年数字发展事实与数据》报告，以下为全文关键点： 1. 全球74%的人口在线，但仍有超过四分之一的人未接入互联网。 2. 5G订阅量占全球移动宽带订阅量的三分之一，但主要集中在高收入国家。 3. 全球性别数字差距未缩小，女性互联网使用率（71%）低于男性（77%）。 4. 青少年互联网使用率最高（82%），但代际差距正在缩小。 5. 城乡互联网使用率差距较大，城市（85%）远高于农村（58%）。 6. 96%的人口覆盖3G或更高技术网络，但仍有4%的人无法接入移动宽带。 7. 移动宽带订阅量占所有移动订阅量的89%，其中5G订阅量占比36%。 8. 固定宽带订阅量持续增长，但普及率远低于移动宽带。 9. 互联网接入价格下降，但约三分之二的经济体尚未达到宽带委员会的可负担性目标。 10. 互联网用户数字技能不均衡，沟通能力最强。
