1、In celebration and recognition of National Black Women in Sports Day(July7),Diverse Representation,in partnership with Wasserman,have released thefirst ever report on the impact of Black women in the sports industry.Thisreport shares key educational and experiential findings that acknowledgethe prog

2、ress made and the equity work still required.The first part of thereport explores two key demographics-(i)Black women sports fans and(ii)Black women sports agents.The second part of the report,which will bereleased on November 10,2025,will explore the demographics of(ii)Blackwomen sports executives

3、and(ii)Black women athletes.REPORT GOALSBlack women have an immense influence across the sports ecosystembut significant gaps remain in their perception as fans,what motivatestheir fandom,how they obtain leadership positions,and the careerpathing of representation.Over the past decade we also seen t
