根据报告的内容，本文主要介绍了ITU在2024年启动的“AI for Good Innovate for Impact”项目，旨在识别、支持和展示实用的AI解决方案，为人们和社区带来实际利益。2025年，该项目通过公开征集AI用例和AI学者，收到了来自32个国家的234个用例提交，其中160个被选入中期报告。这些用例涵盖了11个关键领域，反映了全球创新的多样性、区域解决方案以及AI在解决实际问题中的实际应用。项目还成立了一个技术咨询委员会，由32名专家组成，他们来自AI研究、工程、伦理、社会科学和发展政策领域，并在审查提交内容并塑造项目战略方向方面发挥了核心作用。此外，项目还启动了AI学者计划，支持该倡议的研究和参与。从171名申请者中，16名杰出学者被选中，他们与用例作者密切合作，分析、完善和记录AI解决方案，为研究、政策和实践领域之间的桥梁建设做出了贡献。该项目汇集了来自多个部门——工业、学术界、政府、民间社会和联合国组织的贡献，创造了一个协作环境，分享想法、知识和经验，以加速负责任和有影响力的AI部署。
