5、r this analysis,we surveyed 5,123 U.S.adults from Feb.24 to March 2,2025.Everyone who took part in the survey is a member of the Centers American Trends Panel(ATP),a group of people recruited through national,random sampling of residential addresses who have agreed to take surveys regularly.This kin

6、d of recruitment gives nearly all U.S.adults a chance of selection.Interviews were conducted either online or by telephone with a live interviewer.The survey is weighted to be representative of the U.S.adult population by gender,race,ethnicity,partisan affiliation,education and other categories.Read

根据Pew Research Center的调查报告,美国成年人对健康食品和饮食习惯有以下观点: 1. 90%的成年人认为健康食品在过去几年里变得更加昂贵。69%的人表示,健康食品价格上涨使得他们更难吃得更健康。 2. 约20%的美国人认为自己的饮食非常或极其健康,而59%的人认为自己的饮食相当健康。 3. 在决定吃什么时,大多数人(83%)将食物的味道视为首要考虑因素,其次是成本(60%),然后是健康性(52%)和方便性(47%)。 4. 几乎所有成年人(90%)每周至少几次在家做饭,而外出就餐或点外卖的频率较低。 5. 收入较低的成年人比收入较高的成年人更难找到健康的食物,也更难负担健康食品。 6. 教育水平较高的成年人对自己的健康食品知识更有信心,也更可能认为自己的饮食非常健康。
