However, there are also weaknesses, such as the asset-light business model, which may challenge its automobile manufacturing process, and insufficient expertise in key automotive technologies like battery management and autonomous driving. Despite this, Xiaomi Auto has strengths in brand awareness, marketing, and a people-car-home ecosystem, which facilitate convenience for users through integration of information and intelligent applications. It also has an advantageous supply chain and manufacturing capabilities, ensuring timely delivery and stable production supply.
