AI专家对AI的积极影响持更乐观态度，例如，56%的专家认为AI在未来20年对美国的影响将是积极的，而公众中只有17%。 2. 公众对AI在就业中的作用持怀疑态度，64%的公众认为AI将导致未来20年工作岗位减少，而专家中只有39%。 3. 公众对AI的担忧多于兴奋，51%的公众表示对AI在日常生活中的增加使用感到更加担忧，而专家中只有15%。 4. 公众和专家都希望对AI的使用有更多的控制，57%的公众和56%的专家担心政府对AI的监管不足。 5. 公众和专家都担心AI的偏见和错误信息，55%的公众和专家对AI决策中的偏见表示高度关注。 6. 专家比公众更乐观地认为AI将有利于个人，76%的专家认为AI更有可能对他们个人有益，而公众中只有24%。 7. 公众和专家都认为白人成年人的观点在AI设计中得到了较好的代表，而其他群体的观点则较少被考虑。 综上所述，公众对AI的影响持谨慎态度，而专家则更加乐观。两者都关注AI的监管和偏见问题，并希望对AI的使用有更多的控制。
