4、 and Analysis管理層討論及分析昇柏控股有限公司（本公司）之董事（董事）會（董事會）公佈本公司及其附屬公司（統稱 本集團）截至2024年6月30日止六個月（報告期間）之未經審核中期業績。財務概覽本集團於報告期間錄得綜合收益約港幣47,500,000元，較 去 年 同 期（同 期 ）減 少40.0%（2023年：港 幣79,200,000元）。受惠於數個已完成項目的若干分包商最終接納更實際的工程尾款而節省成本，毛利由同期的約港幣4,900,000元增加至約港幣7,900,000元，亦令毛利率較同期增加10.4%。另一方面，儘管本集團於報告期內並無就本集團須按彌償基準支付原告訟費的訟費暫
