3、司（本公司）及其附屬公司（統稱 佳華百貨 或 本集團）主要業務是於中華人民共和國（中國）經營及管理零售店及其他相關業務及提供金融服務業務。截至二零二零年十二月三十一日止年度，佳華百貨於中國深圳、佛山及廣西直接經營一共九家零售門店及兩個購物中心。受新型冠狀病毒疫情（新冠疫情）影響，中國實施封城封關及小區人流管理措施令到店人流減少，本集團於二零二零年關閉了三家零售店舖以應對新冠疫情。另一方面，深圳龍華區觀瀾購物中心已於二零二零年全面開業，爭取市場份額。同時，本集團在營運方面進行改革，將其中四家主力店進行了內部架構改組，實行營運負責制，精簡業務流程。展望未來，本集團在零售業放緩的情況下，將加強管理及
