2、ased demand by jobseekers for remote opportunities.Survey data of tech talent on Hired showed only 1%were keen to return to the office full-time.As more companies globally embrace remote work,it levels the playing field by expanding access for all candidates.This year,in our 6th annual report on Wag

3、e Inequality,our data shows underrepresented identities in the workforce taking into account location,race,and gender continue to have a persistent wage gap although the gap has continued to narrow.We also examined the“expectation gap.”Our data shows gender and race discrepancies with salary expecta

4、tions remain prevalent in the workplace.Despite this progress,access to opportunity remains a challenge.For example,even though employers are more likely now than ever to consider women during the hiring process and give equitable salary offers,women are still underrepresented overall and less likel

5、y to receive an interview compared to men.I remain optimistic for a few reasons.As a leader in diversity recruiting and hiring tools,we can have a direct impact on equitable hiring.Last year,we launched Diversity Goals.Its a new way for employers to prioritize outreach to underrepresented talent wit

6、hout removing relevant matching candidates.Companies with open positions using Diversity Goals more than doubled their pipeline of underrepresented candidates.In addition,companies using the new option had both a lower wage and expectation gap versus companies who didnt.The ratio of companies using
