4、te of body weight reduction.This secondary analysis investigated body weight change of early responders,in addition to the time to and proportion of participants maintaining categorical body weight reductions.Methods In OASIS 4,participants with a body mass index(BMI)of30kg/m2(or27kg/m2with1obesity-
5、relatedcomplication)without diabetes were randomised 2:1 to receive once-daily oral semaglutide 25 mg or placebo,plus lifestyle intervention,for 64 weeks(Figure 1).This secondary analysis investigated:Body weight change of early responders(categorised asparticipantswhoachieved10%,7.5%and5%body weigh
6、t reduction by week 16,encompassing 4 weeks of maximal dosing)and responders who didnotmeetthesethresholds(10%,7.5%and5%body weight reduction)by week 16.Early responders were not presented for the placebo group because of low participant numbers within each subgroup.The median time to achieve sustai
