4、vernment and international organizations,such as the United Nations as well as consulting experience with the World Bank and African Development Bank.He published more than 45 journal articles.He is editorial board member of Journal of Development Studies;Journal of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and Res

5、earch;Economies;and Frontiers in Environmental Science.Abbi is currently a member of the Task Force on Climate,Development and the International Monetary Fund.Terrence Kairiza is a Lecturer in the Department of Economics at Bindura University of Science Education and a Research Fellow at the African

6、 Economic Research Consortium.His research focuses on development economics,with particular interests in gender,climate change adaptation,food security,agriculture,health,and industrial development.He holds a PhD in Development Economics from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies,Japan.
