2、nnual Oliver Wyman MRO Survey seeks input from executives across the aviation industry on key trends,challenges,and emerging changes in the maintenance,repair,and overhaul(MRO)sector.In this years survey,we examined labor and supply chain challenges and the role of artificial intelligence(AI)in the

3、MRO industry.In all,more than 150 aviation professionals participated in the survey,providing expertise drawn from airline and independent MROs,airline operators,original equipment manufacturers(OEMs),and others.The survey is international and geographically diverse in scope:70%of those surveyed hav

4、e a primary base of operations outside of North America.In addition,62%are senior executives(C-suite,vice presidents,and above)and 84%are director level or above.As a backdrop,we have leveraged the Oliver Wyman Global Fleet and MRO Forecast 2026-2036 to provide additional color and data to augment o

5、ur findings.Oliver Wymans latest forecast for MRO spend finds that the market exceeded$136 billion in 2025,up 8%over 2024(Exhibit 1).This year,MRO spend is forecast to be nearly$140 billion.This increase reflects an extended MRO“super cycle”a combination of an aging fleet requiring higher maintenanc
