3、d aerospace industry,focusing on the persistent challenges they face in advancing to leadership roles.For decades,the aviation and aerospace sector has struggled to attract and retain employees from diverse backgrounds.Beneath this well-known challenge lies an even deeper issue:the significant under
4、representation of women in leadership positions.This disparity is both alarming and enduring,highlighting the need for immediate and sustained action.1 This call for action is made more urgent by a worldwide industry talent shortage,1 A 2023 survey of more than 100 industry organizations by the Inte
