3、VERNANCE REPORT 202402ABOUT THE GROUP關於本集團普星能量有限公司（簡稱 本公司 或 普星能量，連同其附屬公司統稱 我們 或 本集團）主要在中華人民共和國（簡稱 中國）從事以天然氣為燃料的電廠建設、經營及管理。本集團於中國浙江省內全資擁有五家燃氣電廠，包括：普星（安吉）燃機熱電有限公司（簡稱安吉電廠）、浙江普星京興然氣發電有限公司（簡稱 京興電廠）、浙江普星德能然氣發電有限公司（簡稱 德能電廠）、浙江普星藍天然氣發電有限公司（簡稱 藍天電廠）及衢州普星燃機熱電有限公司（簡稱 衢州電廠）。五家燃氣電廠（於本報告內統稱 各營運點）皆為調峰電廠，主要負責按照浙江省相

4、關政府部門電網頂峰要求安排發電機組發電。此外，除了發電業務，本集團的安吉電廠及衢州電廠設有供熱業務，透過供熱管道向附近廠家提供蒸汽。本集團的藍天電廠、京興電廠、安吉電廠及衢州電廠設有光伏發電機組，主要用作補充電廠自用電量，剩餘部份出售予電網。Puxing Energy Limited(hereinafter referred to as the“Company”or“Puxing Energy”,together with its subsidiaries,collectively,“we,”“us,”“our”or the“Group”)is mainly engaged in the de
