映射来看,华为的超节点方案未来亦有望采用柜内高速铜连接互联方式,相关市场规模或持续增长。根据 SemiAnalysis,华为于 25 年 4 月发布全新的超节点架构 Cloud Matrix 384(CM384),对标英伟达的 NVL72,CM384 由 384 块华为昇腾 910C 芯片构成,采用全对全拓扑结构连接,使用 5.3 倍于 NVL72 的芯片量,弥补单个 910C 相对英伟达 B 系列的性能差距,CM384 最终对应的 BF16 算力约为 NVL72 的 1.7 倍。根据 SemiAnalysis 的分析,初版 CM384 将采用全光互连(Scale up + Scale out)的方式,但因此将带来 4.1 倍于 NVL72的功耗,我们认为 CM384 仍有系统功耗、价格与稳定性的优化空间,未来或有望采取 Scale up 铜连接+Scale out 光模块的方式(同英伟达 GB200 NVL72)。我们推理的论据在于:根据华为于 25 年 3 月发布的关于未来数据中心网络架构的论文《UB-Mesh: a Hierarchically Localized nD-FullMesh Datacenter Network Architecture》(Heng Liao 等),UB-Mesh 的理念是优先考虑短距离的直接互连以最小化数据移动距离,因而在柜内 Scale up 网络中使用铜连接,根据其实验结果,机柜内 2D-FM 架构(UB-Mesh)在硬件成本低得多的情况下提供了与传统 CLOS 架构相似的训练性能。
