高性能RISC-V CPU核基本都引入了RISC-V向量扩展规范(RVV1.O),向 量长度可在128 位到 4096 位之间动态调整。例如,玄铁C930 实现512 位、进 迭时空X100 实现 1024 位、Akeana 计划实现最高 4096 位的向量处理能力。此外, 部分RISC-V企业正在探索同步多线程(SMT)技术。例如,MIPS公司面向数 据中心开发的网络原生RISC-V处理器I8500,具备SMT4,支持多集群部署; Akeana5000系列采用了SMT2和SMT4。 RISC-V AI芯片普遍强调对 AI计算的原生支持,特别是以 RISC-V 指令集扩 展方式实现AI芯片的核心功能,作为AI算力模块执行矩阵运算、张量运算等 AI计算任务。例如,玄铁C930搭载512 位 RVV1.0和8TOPSMatrix双引擎, 实现了通用高性能计算与人工智能计算能力的深度融合;知合计算发布阿基米德 系列A210 芯片,其是基于玄铁IP 核的通推一体型RISC-V芯片,运算性能达 12TOPS(INT8),具备实用AI推理能力。 4.软件技术进展 2025年,RISC-V软件呈现出从底层基础支撑到上层应用的全栈式突破,聚 焦于夯实基础软件栈、提升开发效率、深化场景协同,为RISC-V硬件在高性能 计算、人工智能等关键领域的规模化应用铺平了道路。X86 和ARM生态主流软 件对 RISC-V架构的适配在基础工具链、操作系统和编程语言运行时等关键层面
