从碳源角度看,稳定、可持续的碳输入是绿色甲醇实现连续化、规模化生产的前提条件。相较于依赖外源工业 CO₂捕集的技术路径,生物质路线在当前阶段具备更高的可行性:一方面,生物质在气化过程中可同时提供碳源与部分化学能,其碳流路径清晰、生命周期核算边界明确,更易满足现阶段航运燃料在 IMO 与区域监管框架下对减排真实性与可追溯性的认证要求;另一方面,外源 CO₂捕集本身高度依赖能源系统与排放源条件,其单位碳捕集过程具有显著的能耗与成本约束。根据 IEA(国际能源机构)等测算,不同 DAC 技术路径下单位 CO₂捕集仍需消耗较高水平的能源投入,其中液体 DAC 在以热能驱动时单位能耗显著高于电驱路径,即便在能效相对较优的固体 DAC+电力方案下,单位 CO₂捕集仍需消耗可观电量。同时,在采用可再生能源供给的情景下,DAC 的单位碳捕集成本对能源结构高度敏感:以光伏+储能、风电+储能等低碳能源组合为例,其单位 CO₂捕集成本仍处于显著高位,高达$600 以上,且明显高于依托生物质内生碳源的路径。上述特征决定了外源 CO₂在当前阶段并非低门槛原料,而是一个高度受制于能源供给稳定性、捕集效率及跨区域运输条件的高成本中间品。综合来看,在已进入实质推进阶段的绿色甲醇项目中,生物质碳源仍是实现“项目可落地、产量可兑现”的主要选择,而外源 CO₂更可能在中长期、随着低成本清洁能源体系与相关基础设施、认证机制逐步成熟后,作为提升减排深度的补充性路径逐步放量。
