3、、社會及管治報告02普星能量有限公司1（簡稱 本公司 或 普星能量，連同其附屬公司統稱 本集團）主要在中國從事以天然氣為燃料的電廠建設、經營及管理。本集團於中國浙江省全資擁有四間營運中的燃氣電廠，包括：普星（安吉）燃機熱電有限公司（安吉電廠）、浙江普星京興然氣發電有限公司（京興電廠）、浙江普星德能然氣發電有限公司（德能電廠）以及浙江 普 星 藍 天 然 氣 發 電 有 限 公 司（藍 天 電廠）。四間電廠皆為調峰電廠，主要滿足浙江省相關政府部門按區域電網安全需求安排發電機組發電。隨著可再生能源及儲能技術發展日漸成熟，本集團響應可持續發展的概念，按照現有營運基礎以及配合國家政策規定，積極拓展燃氣

4、相關業務。目前，安吉電廠正根據區域集中供熱的方式開展天然氣供熱業務，為附近廠家提供蒸汽。本集團亦通過京興電廠與安吉電廠的光伏發電項目補充電廠用電，亦會將剩餘部份出售予電網，拓闊收入來源。本集團四間電廠總裝機容量達約458兆瓦，當中包括京興電廠與安吉電廠的578千瓦的光伏發電機組。1 本公司前稱：普星潔能有限公司 及 琥珀能源有限公司。Puxing Energy Limited1(hereinafter referred to as the“Company”or“Puxing Energy”,together with its subsidiaries,collectively the“Grou
