3、AND GOVERNANCE REPORT 2020|PUXING ENERGY LIMITED環境、社會及管治報告 2020|普星能量有限公司ABOUT THE GROUP關於本集團普星能量有限公司（簡稱 本公司 或 普星能量，連同其附屬公司統稱 本集團）主要在中華人民共和國（中國）從事以天然氣為燃料的電廠建設、經營及管理。本集團於中國浙江省內全資擁有五家燃氣電廠，包括：普星（安吉）燃機熱電有限公司（安吉電廠）、浙江普星京興然氣發電有限公司（京興電廠）、浙江普星德能然氣發電有限公司（德能電廠）、浙江普星藍天然氣發電有限公司（藍天電廠），以及於年內完成收購的衢州普星燃機熱電有限公司（衢州電廠）

4、。五家燃氣電廠（於本報告內統稱 各營運點）皆為調峰電廠，主要負責按照浙江省相關政府部門電網頂峰要求安排發電機組發電。此外，除了發電業務，本集團的安吉電廠及衢州電廠設有供熱業務，透過供熱管道向附近廠家提供蒸汽。本集團的京興電廠、安吉電廠及衢州電廠設有光伏發電機組，主要用作補充上述電廠用電之用，剩餘部份亦會出售予電網。Puxing Energy Limited(hereinafter referred to as the“Company”or“Puxing Energy”,together with its subsidiaries,collectively the“Group”)is mainl
