4、ILE公司概況China Metal Resources Utilization Limited 中國金屬資源利用有限公司02中國金屬資源利用有限公司（本公司）為一家於2013年2月22日在開曼群島註冊成立的獲豁免有限公司。本公司及其附屬公司（本集團）是中國西南部增長迅速的再生銅產品（亦稱為銅半製成品）製造商。本公司股份自2014年2月21日（上市日期）起在香港聯合交易所有限公司（聯交所）主板上市。本集團主要加工回收的廢銅，其次是電解銅，從而生產多種銅產品，包括銅線材、銅線、銅排和銅米。自2013年起，我們亦銷售多種通信電纜和送配電纜，這些電纜以我們生產的銅線材作為主要原材料。我們正提高產能，
